So I'm afraid they will still take out their money and my pay checks aint doing any good right now. Where I was negative $500 fashcash tried to take out 2 times and the bank wouldn't let them so heres the letter that they sent me:

So I don't know if they will continue to take it out or just try to harrass me or what. I'm getting my home phone changed on Monday, so they can't call my house, but I'm afraid they will call my work and harass me there. I've already told my work that if anyone calls other than my family to tell them I'm not there but I have no idea what they will tell my managers.
Also, I guess one of the payday loans sold my information to a scam artist. But he keeps calling, so hes from a law firm and that Cash Advance INC, I don't owe them at all, and says its deliquent and if I pay him $250 right then and there he would clear it up for me. I told him no, and he told me he would have me arrested, in court, have me fired, etc; I know he can't have this done but its annoying. Hes called my work 3 times already. He has my bank acct number, my ss#, my drivers licenses and my address. Also, he is located in CALI. and I had someone trying to hack my facebook from this state too, so I know its him. He called me yesterday and asked me if I had my lawyer ready and when I told him No, he laughed and said OMG you have to get a lawyer. They have changed their numbers. I have reported the first number to the Identity theft agency and I guess thats why they had changed it.
My question is what do I tell the payday loans when they call me at my work and demand their money. Also what do I do with this nutcase that stole my identity? Please help! = [

As far as I know payday loans are legal in Kentucky. You need to contact the Kentucky Office of Financial Institutions in order to find out whether or not your payday lenders are licensed to operate in your state. If you find that they are not licensed, then they can't take any legal actions against you. Also, you can pay them the principal amount and get rid of the debts.
As far as the identity theft is concerned, you may take legal actions against that person. You should contact an attorney and check out what legal actions you can take against the person.

i called the institution and he said any online payday loans are illegal in KY but storefronts are legal. If the guy who stole my identity lives in CA what can a laywer in ky do about it?

Hi,
Quite a problem you have landed yourself in!
As far as my information goes, payday loans are legal in Kentucky but perhaps the lender from which you have taken the loan is not licensed. In that case, the payday loan that was extended to you becomes illegal. Thus you lender would not be able to take any legal action against you. You can just pay the principal and do away with the problem.
As for the identity theft you can lodge a complain with the police of your own state and also with the FTC. Since FTC laws are applicable all over the nation, you wouldn't need to worry about your identity thief anymore.
Hope the suggestions help you
Thanks :)

But it says on this website that they are illegal:

okay
let me respond here.all of your loans are illegal.that being said since these are internet and i do know a couple of them they share info meaning bottomfeeders are calling.don't know where the id theft came from as long as there is no suspicous activity from your bank,or on your credit report there is no id theft.again once an illegal lender has your info alot of lenders, bottomfeeders, and other scammers have it too.do keep an eye on your CR as well as bank account.to close you did close the account connected with the pdl's.if not do so as being these are illegal you only owe the principle and we do advocate you pay that back, and anything debited by each lender gets deducted from that.also if you don't close that account the lenders will debit indefinitely if allowed.
