Why don't these people follow the rules and who are they

I keep getting calls at work despite the fact that I have told them this is illegal and could cost me my job. What can I do about them. I do not owe the money they claim I owe.

Didn???t you ask them where from are they calling? You can file a complaint with the FTC about this and with your State???s Attorney General.
