I have three outstanding payday loans in MA, which I just found out is a state where payday loans are illegal. With the fees they've charged me I have more than paid off the principal for each loan. What are my next steps to get out of this? I can't pay my other bills because I'm stuck with these ridiculous interest charges and I'm falling more behind every day on legitimate bills. Help! I'm desperate!


Payday lending is prohibited in the state of MA. That???s why all the payday lenders in your state are illegal. Illegal payday lenders can???t take any legal action against you.
