Hi,
I agree with good.nelly that it will depend on our negotiation skills. In addition to that you will have to prove that you really don???t have the ability to make the payments. For that you will be required to show proof of your income and your expenditures.
Thanks,

I agree with the other posts. More information is needed. Is your account delinquent? Is it in-house, or has it been outsourced? What is the balance of the account? Most creditors will agree to settle accounts - depending on each situation.
If you can provide additional details we'll be able to assist you more.
Thanks!

Hi,
A financial hardship proof is required in order to make them agree to a settled amount. You need to show them the exact reason that is keeping you from making the monthly payments on time. In addition to this, a debt negotiation letter can serve your purpose as you can show the exact amount that you owe and the exact amount that you'll be able to pay after the debts are settled. You may also craft a budget to show them your urge to repay the money after they're settled.
