Recieved a phone call saying I had a debt with Bank of America I have never had any dealings with Bank of America was wondering what this is about, there are so many scams you don't know who to trust
yes alot of scams
since you had no accounts.checking,savings,cc,google the number they left,or what number comes up on caller id.just as you said be careful as their are alot of phishing scams out there.
You can make a written request to them for a debt validation let
You can make a written request to them for a debt validation letter via certified mail with a return receipt request. If they don???t reply, then forward them a C&D letter.
