I'm hoping someone here can help -

SDS Processing (also known as ASAP?) is calling my place or work repeatedly even though I told them I was not allowed to receive such calls at work. They said that it was "not illegal" and they'd "keep calling".

This is after I made the stupid mistake of accepting a payday loan from them. For whatever reason, I thought they were legit. After I did, another payday loan company (LoanPoint, USA) deducted $150 from my checking account and another company who would not provide me their name deducted $30 as part of a "debt settlement" plan.

I closed my account and my credit union opened up a new one (at same credit union - not part of Chexsystem) and refunded the charges. I asked them to send back the $200 from SDS (per SDS's instructions when I called them) but they told me that since two business days had passed since the funds were deposited and some had been used before my paycheck had been deposited, I had to do it myself.

I got a money order and called SDS. Halfway through giving me the address, the woman on the phone stopped and demanded more information from me. They she said she was "refusing" my money order and I'd have to send a money gram and pay with a pre-paid debit card through "P. West" by calling 866-363-6555. When I called P. West, he/they said that they only processed payments for SDS when the account had gone to collection.

Then I sent SDS and email stating the payday laws in my state (KY - illegal) and that I would only communicate via email. That's when they started calling my at work.

I cannot find any address information on this company and BBB only lists their name as a place that was closed in 2010 due to fraud by the owners.

Help - will they be able to find my new bank account? How can I stop them calling me? Does anyone have an address for them for me to attempt a cease and desist letter? What should I do when they call? (They always call from "Private Name" and don't leave a message. After that first call, I've ignored the other "Private" calls. They come in waves. Three times in the past hour - no messages.)

If I offer to pay the "fee" of $60 in addition to the $200 loan, do you think it would help?

Thank you for your input...
