I have about $1000.0 in payday loans that I can no longer pay. I closed my account. is it possible to work a solution with these loan companies myself--I was advised to do that by a Debt Consolidation Rep.

Hi and welcome!
You are in the right place! You definately can do this yourself, but in order for us to help you, please list your PDL's, how much your loans were for, what you have actually paid back and whether they are internet or storefront loans.
It would also help to know what state you live in. Again, welcome to the forums!

Hi Tonii,

Yes, so that we can help you it is required of you to provide us with the PDL names and the state you are in. PDL lending is not legal in all of the states and all of the PDL companies too are not legal. So, if any of the two is the case, you may be able to get out of this problem only by paying the principal amount that you had borrowed.

Other than that, you can consolidate your payday loans and solve your payday loan problem.

Thanks,

sally, nobody mentioned a secured loan.what the OP needs to do is provide the following.

1)names of each lender
2)amount borrowed from each
3)amount paid to,or debited by each thus far
4)internet or storefront
5)state they reside in

by doing that we can help them for free.btw nobody is lending even secured loans without excellent credit so please don't advise that as it's really not an option.
