Please I'd like to know if the following companies are licensed in Illinois...
500fastcash - borrowed $500 - paid $1310 - balance $325
Oneclickcash - borrowed $500 - paid $800 - balance $520
Titan - borrowed $300 - paid $540 - balance $390
Installment loan
Plaingreen - borrowed $700 - paid $400+ - balance $635
They are taking over $500 EVERY TWO WEEKS and the balances are going no where. Get in a pinch and the next thing you know your taking out payday loans to cover the last one.... what can I do if these are legal? how about if they are illegal?

none of these four are licensed.meaning you overpaid the first three,and only owe the principle on plain green as even installment lenders need to be registered in IL.go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS at the top of the payday loan help forum.follow every step,and don't skip steps.the sticky has all the info including template letters.just to summarize.none of these are legal i IL,and the top three you overpaid.time to stop the cycle.btw the first step in the sticky is to close your account and open a new one.very important.
