I live in Missouri and have 3 storefront payday loans that I just cannot afford to payback. Every two weeks I pay the minimum and they are just recycling and never ending and I am having trouble paying necessary bills. What can I do and what are the consequences if I do not pay them back and close my bank account.

You should check out your state laws regarding storefront pdls in your state. If you find that storefront pdls are not legal in your state, then you may pay them only the principal balance and try to get rid of them. If you find that they are legal, then you may contact them individually and try to consolidate the debts so that you can pay them off easily and get rid of them.

Hey,

If storefront payday loans are legal in your state and if you think that you can't repay the entire amount, you may also go for payday loan settlement. The principal balance will be reduced and this will facilitate your debt repayment procedure. To know more on payday loan settlement, click the following link

sorry, but ignore the posts above.i do have a question though.

1)names of the storfronts

chances are great these are licensed(don't know why people above me are saying that)so try to see if these places offer EPP'S(extended payment plans)what that is they stop the interest.break the balance into 3-4 equal payments.however.you can do this with one at a time only.btw since these are legal they can sue you in court so try to see if they offer the EPP first, but again doubt there are storefront pdl's that are not licensed so go for that first.

yes all are legal.so you see which one you want to request the EPP with first as while the interest stops the three to four payments will be more than the renewal/reloan.so you want to do these one at a time.so it's up to you,but see the store manager to get this done.
