Wage assignment from PDL?

You already signed a wage assignment agreement when you borrowed the money. However wage assignments are voluntary. Send them a letter revoking the assignment and give a copy to your payroll department.

I actually just went through this with them. I sent the original revocation letter to them I sent to Everest Cash advance and the woman that called me was very rude so I filed a complaint with the BBB abd the FTC also the Missouri Attorney General and yes they do respond! I got my letter today that they were marking my account paid in full! Keep fighting let your employers know they are illegal and fraudulently trying to get into you bank account please file your complaints. They tried to cover their butts by saying it dodn't hapoen that way but they closed my account and that is what I wanted them to do. They didn't respond they actually had a lawyer respond! Listen they are riude and can become beligerent file your complaints and tell them the story! Make sure you have sent the original lender the revocation of all things, wage assignment, ach debit anything giving them rights there is sample letters on the page of the payday loan help tab. Use them and use the people here they know what they are talking about I was 13 pdl's in and now I owe no one anything. I am still fighting but don't give up!
