Hi, I need help finding the name of a loan company that's been debiting my account even though I don't recall signing any agreement for it. I don't recall getting approved a loan but $300 was added to my account that I didn't expect. The name on my bank statement says triple services and they took their first payment of $90 recently. I searched for triple services but so many things are found and none of them help. Can anyone tell me what company this is from?

Well... I couldn't find any information regarding this company while searching them online. I will suggest you to check out your state laws regarding pdl companies. If you find that they are illegal, then you should simply pay them off the principal amount and get rid of the debt. You can even close down your bank account in order to stop them from debiting money from your account.

What state are you in? Are pdls legal in your state?

I could not find any information on this particular company either. Seems to be a fraudulent company. Have you spent the 300 bucks. If not, then you may ask your bank to revert the money. But if you have spent it, then you'll have to make payments on the loan. Ask your bank to put a hard debit check on your account.

I live in CA. I believe they are illegal if they don't follow certain guidelines.

I have no way to contact this company to find out what payments they'll take. I want to just pay it in full because I don't like the way they did this and want to get rid of it. This just seems really shady. Closing my account isn't really an option either. I was thinking maybe I could block them from taking money from my account and then wait for an email or phone call. But I think my bank charges to block ach debits. Plus the way they operate I doubt they would be very kind over the phone. Not sure what to do .

Pdl lending is considered legal in the state of California. You can get information from the California Department of Corporations in order to know whether or not pdl companies are licensed to operate in your state. If they are licensed, then you will be responsible for both the principal and interest. Otherwise, you are required to pay only the principal amount.

I am planning to pay them in full. The problem was I couldn't find a way to contact them to arrange this. I went through my bank and had to call several numbers before I talked to them but I finally did. They told me that I agreed to the loan just by submitting an application. That seems wrong to me. I didn't even see their interest rate or anything. Can they even do that?
