Does anyone know how I can find out if the following online payday operations are licensed in Louisiana? Payday One, Payday max,and Cash Direct Express. I went on the Office of Finanicial but did not find them. Anyone with knowledge about Louisiana, Please HELP!!!!

You can get information from the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions in order to know whether or not pdl companies are licensed to operate in your state. If you find that they are licensed, then you will have to pay both the principal and interest. Otherwise, you are required to pay only the principal amount. Not sure about the other two lenders, but PayDay One is licensed

Not sure about the other two lenders, but PayDay One is licensed in your state, according to their website. You have options to pay in full, just interest/fees, or 10% of balance plus interest/fees. If you can't do that, contact them and they can work out a payment arrangement with you more than likely.

wait a second

don't go by their website as there is no copy of their license.all other states in their website have that.check with your DFI website to be sure.
