Anyone know the laws regarding speedy cash's newer "Flex"-loc or loans?
Would it be the same laws as PDL's?
These loans and title loans are just as bad as PDL's imo.

Hi,

As the name suggests, "flex cash", it is simple to understand that this refers to the payday loan lender who provides you with absolute flexible cash. You can repay your mid-month financial contingencies and also boost your monthly cash flow through "flex-loans". And yes, the laws will be similar to the payday lending laws that are prevailing in your state.

Speedy Cash is pleased to offer customers the option of the FlexLOC Line of Credit product in a number of states. Speedy Cash is a state-licensed lender, so the product offerings are based upon the laws of each state.

In the states we offer the FlexLOC Line of credit it works similar to a credit card - you can take only as much cash as you need at the time, you only pay for the time you use the cash and the payment terms are flexible. The product gives the customer more control over the cost of borrowing and allows for more flexibilty. Here is a link for more info DELETED..PM
