Letter confusion

I have dealt with plenty of pay day loan companies. However, I just received an email the other day from Global Finance Care LLC that appeared to be somewhat legit if I was a rookie but I am looking at it and could you please give me some feedback. I have included the letter. If I do a reverse search on the phone number it comes up as a landline in New York. Please help!!!

this is not legit.forward to your AG and if you filed a complaint already file a follow-up.classic bottomfeeder tactics.for one they tried to cram a bunch of info in there,and by doing that they shot themselves in foot.file the complaint and ignore them.i know there is some confusion,but cashnetusa is how they are presented.never by cashnet u.s.a..cashnet sold the debt so i wouldn't take it seriously.the email i mean.
