Advantage Cash Services

A few months ago, I filled out information on one of those lender network web sites for a payday loan. They were NOT lenders themselves. The next day I received a deposit of $300 into my bank account from Advantage Cash Services (advantagecashservices.com). The beginning of June, I closed my bank account after paying $90 on 4/22, 5/6, 5/20 and 6/3 totaling $360. I do not remember at any point requesting this specific loan and believe it was just put into my account after I filled out a form on the lender's network web site.
Since the account was closed, they have no began to call me. They state I now owe $510. I told the guy I don't remember ever having a contract with them and he stated I could see the contract online at their web site. He was rude and stated they were out of Oklahoma. Their web site states they are an indian reservation lender and a soverign nation.
I attempted to log into their web site, but any username and/or password I would use for their site don't work. I requested the site send me my password to the email account on file. I have not received anything in email from them as of yet.
I did receive an email from them this morning stating to go to my account on their site to make a payment. I can easily log into that, but it doesn't show the original contract.
The guy also stated that you can either pay the full amount of $300 or pay $90 every two weeks to renew the loan. From my understanding this is illegal in Missouri as no amount goes towards the principle. Is this any different with them being an indian tribe?
I am fairly certain I have never signed or e-signed any sort of document with them. What can I do since they claim I did and I can see no proof of a contract.

You are stuck in a tough situation. I think it will be better to contact the Missouri Division of Finance regarding this issue.
no offense nelly
how's the situation sticky?no tribal,or sovreign nation loan is legal.period end of story.bottomline the OP paid 360.00 on a 300.00 illegal loan, and owes nothing.the OP should go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS at the top of this very forum.it has template letters and all other info needed to get this illegal lender off their back.just know that they will threaten everything, but be able to do nothing but call and again threaten things they can't do.
I am dealing with them now
I would follow Paul's advice and go to the sticky thread. I have filed complaints against them with my state's AG and Dept of Financial Institutions office but they keep on calling. I actually owe them $280 in principle but they won't budge and state I owe them $510 too. Total jerks on phone and they just want to argue. They won't give me a physical address either. Ignore the calls, follow the sticky and good luck! Know you're not alone dealing with them.
