I've received several messages from this phone number. The woman calling me says her name is Investigator Pam White, but her accent makes it hard to understand the company name. It's something Abbott or something Atlas. She says to call back at 888-202-0947, and her direct extension is 715. She also referenced a 5-digit case number. She left a message with the secretary at work in between calling twice on my cell (I don't answer), saying I needed to call back, and it's an emergency. I googled, and the most I found was the following (copied/pasted from 800notes):
the lady that contacted me is kaitlyn williams and she e-mailed me a statement of what i owe but no details. the address at the top of the letter is 9838 old baymeadows rd#84 jacksonville, fl 32256 fax number 561-807-3132. i am concerned but also afraid to get in trouble.

this is a scam.i googled as well both numbers you gave and except for that excerpt there is no real info.i would file the usual complaints,and a police report using both numbers.do that and ignore them have anyone called just hang up in their face.again another complete scam that breaks the law to get money they are not entitled to.

Don't call back. You can follow the advice of Paul. You can also register a complaint to the AG.
