How Long has this been going on?

I have been reading complaint after complaint and they start back in 2008. How long has this company gotten away with debiting people’s account without their consent? I was a recent victim of this scam and I’m disgusted that this company has been allowed to get away with this for so long. What type of service do they provide? Because I haven’t received one thing for my $99.95…Payday loans are illegal in the state of GA so it’s no way possible I received a payday loan from them. I guess the best solution to this problem is to not share your information with anyone. NO MATTER HOW SAFE YOU THINK IT IS!

well just remember a couple of things.
1)no matter what charging upfront for any loan is illegal in the US.so do not give info to any such place.i advise that because people do not really research places when they are in need.
2)never just assume a site is secure.make sure before giving sensitive info.
3)if scammed report it ten fold to the FTC asap.
btw you never mentioned the name of this scam.we do get posts on countless hucksters.please specify as it will help us get the word out.
