Anyone heard of Chase Asset Recovery law firm in NY??

I received a phone call from a supposed law firm in Depew, NY (I live in Montana) that stated I owed money from an online payday loan done last February to a place called Check N Go. I actually found the company's website, www.chaseassetrecovery.com and they are a company that reposses vehicles in their town. Not anywhere does it mention they are a law firm or collect on bad debts for other firms. The woman told me they are going to press bank fraud charges on me and I called her bluff and told her they cannot do that. She is supposedly sending me a DVL by email today.

Does anyone know if they are legit?
