My husband and I had 2 - $200 deposits into our account by this company out of nowhere. Never applied for a payday loan or any loan for that matter with anyone. We immediately closed our checking account on the advice of our bank. Is there any type of legal letter I can send to this company telling them we did not authorize this transaction and that they are to zero any balance they may have on us? We are located in the State of TN.

You need to return the money to the DJR company. A lot of payday loan lenders deposit money in the account of the people and then demand for payments. It is good that you have closed the account. You may consult a lawyer regarding the legal letter issue.
