I was watching TV this week, and a commercial came on for an Indian Tribe advertising what looked to be a Payday loan: AND IT SOUNDED AND LOOKED JUST LIKE THE OLD CASH CALL ADS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Am I losing it?

if you are referring to western sky,then yes i saw it on TRUTV last week.i have been posting about this dodge for weeks.western sky procures the loan,and sells/gives it to cashcall.a total con job and from what i understand since western sky is tribal it is illegal,and cashcall is only legal(and that is in doubt)in california.yep these loan slime are trying alot to get people,but both are illegal(especially western sky).
