Frozen Bank account

I had my bank account frozen two weeks ago for a judgement against me due to an old credit card bill. I contacted the creditor and paid the full balance I owed them so they would not also garnish my wages. The court date for my wage garnishment was Friday, August 5th, 2011. I paid the amount via cashiers check Wednesday August 3rd,2011. I have contacted the collection agency and the bank and niether one will give me a clear answer on when my account will be unfrozen. Just feel like I am getting the run-a-around. This took place in Illinois. I just wondered if anyone here could give me an idea on how long it takes to have your account unfrozen after you have settled the debt. Thanks.
