I am in Florida and have the following payday loans (with current payoffs)
All internet companies
USAFast Cash $650.00
Cash In a wink $520.00
Anasazi Group LLC $390
Pepper Cash $675
I have switched my bank account and want to work on paying them off. What is the best next step. I did look in to a debit reduction company but after reading the paperwork there is no kind of guarantee and looks like I am just as likely to do it myself and take the fee and use it to pay on the debit.

Find out whether or not these payday loan companies are legal in Florida. If they are illegal, then you'll only have to pay the principal amount. You won't have to pay the interests or fees.
Nothing can be better than paying off the loans on your own. The debt relief do charge a fee for their services. You can save that. There is no chance of being scammed either.
Your next step will be to contact the lenders and negotiate a payment plan with them.

Yeah Nelly is right. If you find that the lenders are licensed in your state, then you will have to pay both the principal and interest. If it seems difficult for you to repay your licensed lenders in full, then you can negotiate with your lenders. You may try to arrange a better repayment plan with them.
sorry
all of these loans are illegal in FL meaning the OP only owes the principle.not only that, but anything debited in "fees" gets deducted from that.we need to know the following.
1)how much was debited by each lender thus far
let me give an example:you borrow 300.00 from usfastcash.they debit 90.00 three times.you only owe 30.00 on this.go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS at the top of this very forum.follow it every step, and also know that illegal loans in FL are non-enforceable,and non-collectable.we do advocate paying back the principle as the money was borrowed, but you don't have to put up the BS they pull to try and enforce an illegal loan.go to the sticky and keep us posted.

At this point I have sent letters (as shown on the sticky) to each of the above. Just to be sure the cash in a wink people stated they would garnish my wages. Can they do that after I have sent a letter and how quickly can that happen.:sun:
Well first thing is first if you used the form letter from this
Well first thing is first if you used the form letter from this site that revokes the wage assignments then make sure you give a copy of each letter to your payroll department as they are voluntary and can be revoked. Second go to the web site for the Florida Office of Fincial Regulation (FOFR) and file complaints against each lender. If they start calling or sending you threating emails just forward those to the FOFR. Don't panic all they can do is threaten you thanks to FL law they have no ability to collect on the loans. For those that you still owe money on the principle let them know that you are willing to pay them by money order only, if they don't like this to bad just stick to your guns and don't fall for their threats. I have just gotten through doing all this for 7 lenders and thanks to this site and the FOFR I am free of all my PDL's.
