I have a pay day loan advance and due to financial hardship I have not been able to pay the remainder balance of $140 plus interest of course the lender has been attempting 4 attempts to debit from my account in the past 2 wks which is causing my acct to overdraw costing me more $ that I don't have.cash in a wink has contacted my employer stating of wage garnishment as of my nxt payroll. Is that legal in the State of KY?
