Collecting my salary

Hello, I would like that somebody help me with this if is possible. I have a debt from beginning of 2001, a collection agency sue me for it on 2008, unfurtunatelly I did not went to court and they won the case. However, today I received a letter from my job where they informed me that this collection agency is collecting 25% of my salary, there is anything I can do to object this? Thank you in advance for all the information you can provide me with.

Depending on your state laws, you may be able to object based on financial hardship. Check with your local court.
25 percent?
maybe SOAPLADY can help me here,but unless it's student loan debt,or tax debt i don't know of a state that allows 25% even with a default judgement.again SOAPLADY enlighten me please on this.
