My name is Tyrone Wilson and I am the legal adviser with "PAYDAY LOANS SOLUTION"

There has been a case filed against your name for defrauding our client.
Kindly read the below affidavit to know the details.

Affidavit:

Our client is pressing charges against your name regarding three serious criminal allegations:

count (1) Violation of federal banking regulations.
count (2) Collateral cheque fraud.
count (3) Theft by deception.

Now, this means three things for you. If you are under any state probation or payroll you need you to inform your supervisor or manager what you have done in the past and what will be the consequences once the case has been downloaded and executed under your name.

This is to inform you that the creditors do have all the rights and authorities to inform your employer what you have done in the past and what will be the consequences once the case will be downloaded and executed against your name.

The entire cost for this law suit is $2640.46 . You have the right to hire an attorney. If you don't have one or if you can't afford then one will be appointed for you, but please make sure you have someone to take you out of jail when the judge hears the case.

We do not want that your credit score goes under 500 by your past fraudulent activities which wasn't done intentionally by you. Therefore we have come to the conclusion to give you a final opportunity to resolve your case. If you want to resolve your case, kindly reply to this email for further procedure.

This is a SCAM! Do not give this person any information.

First of all, you don't receive affidavits or summonses via email. Second, in America, we spell it "check," not "cheque." So, there's another clue. Third, cases aren't filed against your "name" nor are they "downloaded."

You need to respond to this person and tell them that they need to send you proper validation of this alleged debt or they can FOAD.

File a complaint against them as well. You can file with your state's AG, the FTC and your local police department.

Legal advisor? Attorney or collector....

The grammar here indicates whoever wrote this is not even in the US...probably India. No US company or attorney would us this wording"

Cheque is the canadian/european spelling of check. By the way, in the US your cannot be criminally charged...debts are civil.

Send from one of my "alternative" email addresses...

"Please Tyrone Wilson
I just got an email from you and want to pay my account in full except I only have cash and no car and cannot get out for the next 4 days. Please how can I send you my money? Will someone come and get it? I do not want cheque charges and probation violations charged or downloaded against me . I have $2700 in cash to pay you in full.. I broke my money jar that had all the money I had saved for the past 18 years and it is all rolled up but I cannot go out in public as I hemorrhoids and they hurt and I walk funny.

Please help me to pay you off."

He already responded telling me to go to walmart to get a prepaid card....this could get funny

Masie,

I live in PA too and had a man named "Jeremy Hall" with a thick Indian accent call and say almost the exact same thing. Freaked me out. He even repeated my soc number. However, I figured it was a scam when he wanted me to fax the front and back of my debit card to him. I contacted the police, attorney general, and social sercuity office. Reported him and the numbers. I hate scammers!

absolutely nothing to worry about.pdl's and the slime who collect on them use the "criminal action"threat to scare you.nothing more.don't stress over a idiotic email as again just empty threats.

I got a call being told I was going ot be served papers between 5-7 today at eithe my work or my home. The number they gave me to call is not even a valid number. I have some PDL's, live in PA. I knwo they are not legal, but can they serve me papers or are they just trying to scare me?

of course it's just a scare tactic.when you are not served.file an AG complaint.i would fil a police report for the call as nobody calls ahead to serve you.just know that.
