Illegal Payday Loans in Bankruptcy

I am getting ready to go through the daunting task of filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy. I am preparing some of the paperwork I have to take to my first meeting, such as a list of all my creditors. I was wondering if anyone knows if I should include the illegal payday loans that are trying to collect from me right now? My lawyer said to include everything, although I did not think to ask him about the illegal payday loans. Thanks!

Listen you your attorney....you include EVERYTHING.
