Has anyone heard of this company? have been recieving calls and so have my family and friends. I am in the middle of a chapter 13 case. I have notifoed my attourney, but I am still reciving the calls. I think they are associated with CashNet USA, based on intenet search. The guy is staing some type of check fraud and said he will be turning it over to the county. I have not returned the calls because I figured my lawyer would do so after I notified them of the calls.


first you stated a ch13 case.you actually filed i'm assuming.also i'm assuming that cashnetusa is part of your petition right?if so then you go to see the trustee overseeing the case as not cashnet commited a major blunder in selling the debt(yes selling)to integrated,but that integrated is using illegal threats.if had your 341 meeting then see the trustee.they will take care of this.

your lawyer should handle this.keep on them as once you file the stay is executed.your lawyer should be handling this for you.that is what you hired them for.only contact the trustee once the 341 meeting commences.there you can inform them of this situation,but for now your lawyer should be on it.you said you are not returning the calls.check your state laws in regards to recording calls.if you are a one party state you can record without notifying integrated.nothing puts a bunge in a bottomfeeders shorts like real proof of their illegalities.
