Candian with American debt

[COLOR=black]I am a Canadian with a debt with Bank of America, I offered to make monthly payments but they refused to make any such arrangement. [/COLOR]
[COLOR=black]Now I am being harassed by Richard J. Boudreau & Associates, LLC threatening to take me to court and being rude and extremely offensive. Frankly, I dont want do deal with their incivilities. [/COLOR]
