I rec'd a bill from them the other day. My fiance rec'd one the same day, on his account. His account is only $5 more than mine, but they are offering him a 40% discount and me a 20% discount. They are also offering him monthly payments that are HALF of what they are offering me.
There's no way we can pay them anything. We recently lost 75% of our income. I'll be filing bankruptcy here pretty soon, and also considering filing discrimination charges against them. We've sold just about everything just to get by as it is. Do you think I have a discrimination case?

Hi,

As you've decided to file bankruptcy, you will be able to get this unsecured debt discharged. It is your attorney who will be able to let you know whether or not you can file a discrimination case against them and what are your chances regarding winning that case. Good luck in your efforts to get rid of your debt!! :)

Take care

I think you can talk to the company about your low affordability. However, as you have already decided to file bankruptcy, I don???t think it would be worth it to take all these hassles. You should rather talk to a lawyer about the problem you are in and what your steps should be as you are going to file bankruptcy. The unsecured debts that you have may get discharged through the bankruptcy.
