I have 4 payday loans...I have paid them more than what I borrowed and I live in the state of KY. I closed my account and have tried to communicate with them to make arrangements. I sent them letters and now they are telling me I have to abide by their state laws and have to pay the balance in full no matter what.

Great Sky Cask
Bottom Dollar Payday
Fast Cash
Integrity Advance.

Any Suggestion?

Soaplady is right. First 2 pdl companies are not licensed to operate in your state. You can get rid of the debts by paying them only the principal amount. If you have paid them more than the principal, then ask them for the refund. Close your bank account asap so that they can???t debit money from your account in future. Illegal lenders won???t be able to take any legal action against you. To know more about the state pdl laws, glance through the following link:

KY won't license an internet lender unless they have a physical presence in the state so none of these are legal in KY.you only owe the principle on all of them.keep in mind anything debited by these places thus far in"fees"gets deducted from that.
