I have tons of debt and personal loans which aren't listed, plus expenses that are greater than what i take in- i can't provide proof for personal loans and the rest of my expenses exactly. what must you show the banks?

I've settled 5 accounts so far. The banks ask for numbers over the phone - income and monthly expenses. I've never had to provide any sort of proof of any of it. Also, I specifically have said "you would see that if you checked my credit report" and had them reply "we don't have access to your credit report."

I slayed my plastic masters through settlement.

Can't recall ever having to prove my income to any of them other than saying that it had been greatly reduced.
