Please Help...received response from PDL..what to do?

I sent my C&D letter to Advancemetoday.com and received this response:

Please be aware that this is a St. Vincent company, St Vincent and the United States are both parties to the General Agreement on Trade in Services, a treaty which specifically permits companies in one country to make consumer loans to citizens of the other.
Under the treaty, we are only obligated to follow the federal laws of the United States. We are not required to obtain state licenses and individual state laws do not apply since the federal laws adopting this treaty supersede any state's laws on the subject.

that is a typical response from an out of country piece of pdl garbage.none of that is true.respond this way.
nice email,but i'm aware that there are no federal laws,or treaties regarding pdl's.so since you want to try and buffalo me i'm filing complaints with my state AG,and the FTC.am forwarding a copy of this email as part of my complaints.btw i am not a resident of st.vincent,have never been a resident of st.vincent,and never will be a resident of st.vincent.therefore my state laws prevail meaning your loan was illegal.i trust my psition is clear.
anyway that is how i would respond to that BS email.

I will definitely fashion a response to them that will let them know I have also consulted with an attorney on this matter and none of this applies... I am a New York resident and they are illegal, period. Thank you for your help (again!), I will keep you posted!

DJR I have heard nothing from. I faxed them a C&D because their is no email address for them. Still trying to get one tho..

Make sure you file a complaint with the FTC regarding these scum too a treaty with the US I heard that sh** from Nationwide Cash and Integrity Advance I cussed them out so well on the phone I haven't heard anything else! If they keep harassing them tell them since they have a treaty then take it up with the government or take you to court!!
