I received an email from Powell Law Office, PC today. It states that I owe TLE dba: National-PaydayLoan.com $618.00 on a $300.00 loan. I replied to their email with a template from this forum that National Payday was not licensed to do business in Minnesota etc. The reply I received back (to paraphrase) was thank you for validating the debt and we will forward this information to our attorneys in Minnesota.

Now what?


since you didn'y validate anything.you disputed the debt.respond this way.btw powell law is a bottomfeeding slime.

since i only disputed the illegal debt.both emails you sent are being forwarded to my AG as part of a complaint i'm filing not only against the lender,but you as well.again the lender is illegal in my state,and i'm taking your emails as threats that my AG will address.

then file the AG complaints and forward both emails from powell law.do that and ignore them,but forward any future emails from them as well.
