Here's the email he sent me:
"remember that your account is now past due ($454 total). We
noticed your comments on "Debt Help Archive" but remember Ms. X If we
do not hear from you, your account will be placed on immediate redebit. If
your account is in a status that we are not able to debit, your account
will be moving forward as per your contract with our company. Your
attention to this matter is imperative in order for your account to remain
on payment arrangements as agreed upon. Should you have any questions or
concerns regarding the payment or arrangements, please feel free to contact
me"
He then posted his name, contact information, and the attorney contact info.
Anyone else deal with scum that go this far?

yeah the scum despite what they might want you to think do watch this and other sites.just forward that email to your AG as again the loan was illegal and you overpaid.it would go nowhere fast if they did try to sue.so they rely on illegal emails and threats.btw yes i do know some that are harrassed on their facebook pages as well so you aren't the only one.
