The first thing you need to do is come clean w your husband. I was in the same boat, but lost income. Once I had my spouse on board, I began the settlement process. My thinking is this, one step at a time, but make a plan and again, get your spouse involved.
There is plenty of info and helpful people here to help you after that.

And then both of you have got to make a plan to rid yourselves of the plastic masters.

Read these forums, over and over again.
Ask questions, you'll get plenty of answers.
Make a plan and stick to it.

The way you start is to make the decision to buy your groceries rather than paying the cc's. The rest, with some diligence, will fall into place.
