I did not state you would not get a refund, however, you will more than likely not receive the whole amount you are asking for because you were given the loan terms in june and september and still chose to not set up a pay down or pay off. Again, the lender has adjusted your account so your balance has been zeroed and no further deductions will occur.
My response is:
Unfortunately, due in part to the exhorbitant amount of fees and finance charges that were assessed, paying off the loan was made quite impossible to do. Regardless of whether the terms were stated or not when I called back in June, had I not become aware and informed, you would still be taking money out of my account without another thought. The calls I made to you were because I was not fully understanding how not one dime of the money taken was put towards the principle of the loan. When I called on 9/12 and 9/13, I was calling to request a breakdown of my account and what was paid to date, something your company will not and does not do. Please forward my file to the lender for a refund, thank you.
Paul...no response from AdvanceMeToday.com but...
Paul, since sending my letters out last week I haven't heard one word from Advancemetoday.com, so out of curiosity, I signed on to my account. Please see below. What does "cooldown" mean? The last payment wasn't made because I closed my account. I'm a little confused, have you ever seen this before and does it mean its paid off?
