Here we go again.... just when I thought I was done with these idiots, which by the way I have overpaid $330, they called me and sent me the following email.
"Unfortunately, your state’s laws do not apply to our company due to your contractual agreement which I have already provided you a second copy of. State laws against payday loan companies are applied to those who are located in your state. Since we are not located in your state and provided services to you by depositing money into your account, then you are legally bound to our contract and obligated to pay the entire sum amount due to MB Processing.

I do however understand your concern and the fact that you are only trying to protect yourself from having to pay more money than what is necessary. I have contacted the appropriate parties in regards to your account and was able to get authorization to settle in full for your original loan amount which is $300.00. That must be paid no later than your next due date which is 10/03/11. If you are unable to do that, then we need to secure an alternative payment plan towards your balance. I will be able to put a freeze on your account so you do not accrue any more service fees or interest, but you must contact me with your debit/credit card information no later than 9/23/11 to secure either your settlement offer in full or a payment plan to get your balance paid within a few payments.

If you are unable to do this, or if I do not hear back from you by 4pm CST on 9/23/11, I will have no choice but to take that as your final refusal to pay voluntarily and proceed to enforce payment of the debt. I will recommend that your account is sent to collections immediately and you will be obligated to pay the full amount due plus any collection costs and interest incurred. The balance will be reported to your credit bureau and the collection agency will have authority to do whatever is necessary to obtain and collect the funds owed to MB Processing by you.

Lourdes, again, I do understand your situation, but due to your contractual agreement, you are bound to our terms and you must do what is necessary to resolve your account. Call into my office immediately to secure your payment! "

I have sent them numerous emails explaning, and attaching the a press release from my state warning customers of illegal payday lenders, and they still say that the laws do not apply to them and that I gave up my rights when I took out the loan.

Ugh.... so frustrating!!!!!

i wouldn't even respond to them.you did file AG complaints.then forward this to them.it stops getting frustrating when you realize that while you want the refund they are getting nothing further.so if they think they are fooling you.let them as long as they are not getting anymore money you are ahead here.don't let them get to you.

No, I have not filed a complaint against them yet, because I don't have their address, and it is needed in order for me to file a complaint with the AG & FCC.
Anyone out there that has the address for MB Processing please let me know, so I can proceed with the complaint.
Thank you.
