Need Help ASAP - am getting calls from some law office - they are threatening me saying that I have committed a Federal crime

Please help me and give me some advice. I keep getting calls from PCS Law Office and they are telling me that I have 3 serious allegations against me and I have committed a Federal crime - saying I stole money. I have a few payday loans and probably do owe some monies but have most likely paid more in fees. I live in Massachusetts. What can I do about this? They are threatening to send an investigation team to my home and they said they will find me through my Social Security No. They also said I owe them $5400. I think this is through Advance America.

PLEASE HELP!

pdl's are illegal in MA.anyway anybody who threatens arrest,or implies you commited a crime should be reported.first to your local police.then to your AG,AND THE FTC.you will not be arrested,in fact the person who called and stated that should be arrested,and most likely would be arrested if they had any real info.this is bottomfeeder is a scam that again should be reported,not paid.

Payday loans are ILLEGAL in MA. Hang up on them. Close your bank account and revoke any voluntary wage assignment. You only owe the principal. They CANNOT prosecute you or do anything!!!

Report them to your state's AG office and the FTC

Do everything my fellow moderators said, and for good measure, I would actually let Advance America know what these clowns are saying in their name. In dealing with their corporate collections dept when I was cleaning up my mess with them, I got plenty of nasty letters, but never one saying they were sending a SWAT team to my house!
They stooped pretty low with me, but not that low, so they might be interested in this...
