Indian Reservation Loans

How does one deal with loans from Indian Reservations who claim they have their own laws and rules? Are they legal in Illinois. I have one from

no"tribal loan"is legal in any state.in fact they almost the eqivalent of a foreign pdl as while they are not subject to US laws,we are not subject to theirs either.as long as you revoke any wage assignments.they can't touch you,and they can't really enforce said loan.
