Please help...OSAP question

I am a stay at home mom, I went to college back in 1994/95...I received OSAP. and was unable to pay back the loan.It has been 16 years since then. I would like to go back to school and take a course..I currently have 2 children and recently separated after 12 years of marriage. Is it possible to receive assistance from OSAP? If not, are there any other options that I might be eligible for? I have full custody of my two children ages 10 and 8, and in need of returning to school as I am financially struggling. Thanks for your help.
