Has anyone ever used them and are they any good? I have two payday loans, both companies sent my loans to collection agency's even though I tried to work out a payment plan. One loan got sent off to iCollect and they have no contact info to give me?? The other loan was told to email EMAIL REMOVED

I've already gotten one nasty message and the guy had a thick indian accent and didn't even leave a call back number and I could barely understand what he was saying.

You do not need this company.

Neither of your lenders are legal. First close your checking account, then follow the advice in this thread to learn how to deal with illegal lenders. You will find sample letters and other useful information, shared experiences, etc.

You should only repay the principal amount of the loan (e.g. you borrowed $300 and have paid a $90 rollover fee 3X so you only owe them the remaining $30), no fees or interest are payable. If you???ve overpaid, ask for a refund. Be sure to include ACH debit and Wage Assignment revocation language when you send your letter.

If you have any complaints against those lenders, then contact with the Oregon Department of Consumer & Business Services. Their contact detail is as follows:
# Address - Division of Finance & Corporate Securities, 350 Winter St. NE, Rm. 410 Salem OR 97301
# Phone - (503) 378-4140
# Fax - (503) 947-7862

Since the lenders are not licensed to operate in your state, so you can get rid of the debts by paying them only the principal amount. Illegal lenders won???t be able to take any legal action against you.
