Payday loan collection agency with no answers

I have a collection agency named Alliance phone number 877-360-4372 call me and tell me they where investigating me under bank fraud on a payday loan taken out from Rent-A-Center, that they would show up at my work and or my home and they where coming to get me and this is recorded on my answering machine. Once I started to do the research I think they violated the Fair Debt Collection Act so I turned them in to the FTC and E-mailed the Attorney General in Washington State. I returned a call to the senior advisor asking for all the paperwork pertaining to me and who they bought my debt from with no avail. All they sent me was a contract to pay and I was dumb enough to agree to a payment plan over a recorded line because of the scare tactic they used but have since canceled my credit card before any payments could be processed because I wasn't sure. Now While writing this I got a phone call from a lawyer who said I must obtain an address to mail a dispute form so I called them and Rent-A-Center's Corp. office and they tell me they sold my debt to a midwest recovery but Alliance says the debtor is Rent-A-Center and they cannot give me an address due to bomb threats and unruly people what do I do?

Your payday lender has charged off the debt and sold it off to Alliance. However, the collection agency can further sell off the same debt to some other collection agency. This is quite a common thing. Before making any kind of payment to anyone, you should wait till the new collection agency gives you a call. You should ask them to validate the debt before agreeing to any kind of payment plan.

DO NOT ERASE THAT MESSAGE!!!!!! YOU NEED TO HIRE AN NACA ATTORNEY FOR YOURSELF!!!! There are so many FDCPA violations!!! Go to NACA.net and find yourself an attorney....makes some money off these scam artists.
What was the lawyers name and phone number???
