Ok, I have been reading through some threads. Correct me if I am wrong, but United Cash Loans are not legal in TN. I have 3 loans with them, 200 paid 240, 300 paid 270 ( I think is right), and 400 paid I think 360. I should only owe the principal, although it Is going to be a hassle. I am having to close our account because we have paid close to $700 in OD fees to the bank in the last month. I, like most here, tried to fix problems but in hindsight created more. We already have a new account opened and my wife's check will be going there next payday. Mine on the other hand won't. I have requested paper checks be sent until it can get changed over. They stated they couldn't change it that quick and this one will probably go in anyway. What would happen if my check tried to deposit to a closed account? Also, should I just follow the other pieces of direction in closing these PDLs out?
