Payday Direct - Anyone dealt with them?

and what was your experience? I have this one payday loan left. I know they are unlicesnsed. But how were they to deal with when you refused to pay more than the principal and either closed your account or blocked them for ACH purposes?

Well, I don't have a personal experience working with them. But as they are unlicensed, I think you should simply send them the principal amount in full through a certified check and ask them not to contact you any further for any kind of payments.

If they are illegal, you need to close your account...ach block will not work. Payback the principal via money order....you dont want them knowing what bank you bank at. FYI...you can only get a certified check from a bank you have an account at.
