Out of those 5 I already paid 2 but was surpised they really charged me alot of interest and yanked it out of my account which I thought would be payments and I am really struggling with all of this. My bank account had recently went into negative balance.
I read on here saying that it is illegal for them to lend us money, is this true? Can I get a refund back after they had took my money out of my checking account? Do I close my checking account NOW? I need all the help I can get.

You should contact with the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner in order to know whether or not pdl companies are licensed in your state. Their contact detail is as follows:

If the lenders are not licensed to operate in your state, then you can get rid of the debts by paying them only the principal amount. Illegal lenders won???t be able to take any legal action against you. If you have paid them more than the principal, then ask them for the refund. As far as I know, Cash net is illegal. But, you can check it from the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner.
You are only required to pay the principal amount to the illegal pdl companies. If you have paid more than the minimum, then ask for a refund. If illegal pdl companies are making unauthorized withdrawals from your checking account, then you can close it.
