It said that I failed to deliver a fact information sheet the plaintiff is CACH,LLC I do not know who they are or what this is for.

You need to look online on your local county court website and find out when you were originally sued. Pay note as to how they supposidly served you. If they did not serve you properly, you can motion the court to have the judgment set aside.

No I have never received any notices. The court records only say that it was mailed to me but it does not show the address. I live in Florida. It looks like the case has been reopened a few times but I really do not know who this people are.

You might need to go into the court to look at the records to see what address they attempted to serve you at and where they mailed the summons to. Try calling the clerk of the court. Have you moved recently?
Cache is a buyer of old credit card debts and they have a history of serving people at an address they do not live at.

Normally in Florida you would be served your summons by a sherrif or a process server. Do the court records show this being attempted???

Yes it said that they summon me on 6/25/2008 I do not remember this. I looked at my credit report and it said that it was a credit card that I do not recall ever having it. Last posting 2005. No attorneys have ever contact me.
