TRS said they were recording the conversation, it was an Internet loan, my state laws don't mean anything... blah, blah, blah. The woman ended with "Good luck." Has anyone ever dealt with TRS?

TRS is a complete bottomfeeder.bottomline your state laws do apply,and VIP loanshop is not located in the US.next time they call state you will not speak to them without something in writing.then use their name and any numbers to file AG complaints.

Also they are full of crap I hope you asked for a debt validation letter when I asked they refused to send me one and I took the name of the woman I spoke to with her nasty attitude and I also made sure I called back and asked for a supervisor and her name was Ms. Rhodes she tried to change it up and I still filed my complaints if they refuse to give you a debt validation letter send them a C&D letter because they are full of it and loanshop is an illegal lender. Don't let them intimidate you stand your ground your state laws prevail!
