Case dismissed, but of course there is a catch

In addition to paperwork-hunting, I guess it's now time to prepare my countersuit. Any suggestions?

Well of course you would have to provide proof that you have paid. You should have dug up the paperwork already.
As for the countersuit, do you have any damages?? Actual reason to file? Inconvience is not grounds for a lawsuit.
*facepalm* It seems I forgot to add a few things in my relief.
*facepalm* It seems I forgot to add a few things in my relief. This is the follow-up to the case I posted about here

I have been diligently searching for my paperwork and have found about half of it, but as much of my stuff is still in storage in another town it's taking a frighteningly long time (I have actually enlisted someone I trust to help with the search).
I do have legitimate reason to countersue: no prior contact from the CA, and "attorney's fees" not allowed by the original contract (both in violation of the FDCPA). I am consulting a lawyer to see if I can also be reimbursed for travel expenses/missed work, and for the anxiety flare-up this triggered.
The paperwork they provided is being analyzed by an independent party to see if I also have a case against the hospital for fraud (there were tests on it that I never had).
Bizarrely, within the past 24 hours I have learned two things that, while probably useless for my case, strike me as odd: a woman I had a prior quarrel with began working in the hospital's billing department shortly before I was admitted to the emergency room, and over the past three years the hospital has taken 19 different people to court for almost the exact same amount of money. Within the past three years, the same hospital has also upgraded their computer systems and begun remodeling. I doubt either one is relevant, but it made me think.
Anyway, now that I've clarified (or tried to!)...does anyone have any suggestions? Questions? Rotten produce to lob at me? :)

This is not a reimbursable expense....Judge Judy was just on ....someone asked for the same thing.
