I have a letter from USCB corporation supposedly collecting on a payday loan called quickpayday.com They say on the bottom of the letter they are licensed to collect in Minnesota but I don't know if I believe that. I paid on their web site a couple times for $25 each but the letter they sent doesn't match the balance due on the website and also it had a different account number. I wonder if they are trying to collect by splitting the debt in half and having two bills. I have not received another letter since August but they call once a month but never leave a message. It takes forever to get a response from the minnesota department of commerce so I thought if anyone knows here I would appreciate the faster response.

It say www.QUICKPAYDAY.com I can't find any info on this company. I am thinking it is just a scam. So I don't know anything about this company, if they exist or if they did if they were legal. I quess I was just hoping someone would say USCB is a scam to collect on this supposed debt. P.S approx 250 miles from the cities:)

Call the above to find out if the payday lender is licensed. If they are not, send a cease and desist to the CA telling them to bug off, they are collecting on an illegal loan.
