Hi again everyone!

So I have my new account, just waiting on my new bank card to come in the mail. I'm trying to work things out with the legal payday lenders regarding a payment program, and the majority of them are willing to work with me. I just don't know if I can still afford to keep up with the payments they want, and still pay my car payment, rent, and other bills etc. How do I work out a smaller payment? I talked to them about letting my accounts go into collections, but most of them tell me they do their own collections, and the ones that go into third party said that they will probably garnish my wages. What do I do? Its not that I don't want to pay them back, I just need the help. I live in NV, and I know that there is a 60 day limit a loan can be active, but is there any way around this? Help!

my legal loans are:

Moneytree
Check into Cash
PaydayOne
Check City
Rapid Cash
Advance America

My credit isn't stellar, and no one I know can lend me the money to knock these out. What do I do? :(

If the loans go to the third party collection agencies, then it does not necessarily mean that your wages will be garnished. Your wages can be garnished only when the collection agencies have secured judgment against you. They will have to file a lawsuit against you and secure judgment against you for garnishing your wages.

If you're not able to make the required payments, then you may go for payday loan debt consolidation program. Go through this page to know about it:
